2. What data we collect

When you submit a booking request through the form on our website, we collect the following data:

◆first and last name,

◆email address,

◆phone number,

◆requested check-in and check-out dates and number of guests,

◆any message you send us.

In addition, our hosting provider automatically records technical data (e.g. IP address and access time) in server logs, which is necessary for the operation and security of the website.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data for the following purposes:

◆Handling and confirming your booking request and communicating with you about the booking. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

◆Ensuring the operation, security and technical stability of the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing the data in the form is voluntary but necessary to process a booking — without it we cannot handle your request.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. To operate the website and process bookings we use the following trusted processors:

◆Supabase — storing booking data in a database.

◆Resend — sending booking notification emails.

◆Vercel — website hosting.

Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is transferred to third parties when they are displayed. To show the map on the Location page, tiles from OpenStreetMap are loaded, and this provider receives your IP address in the process, which is technically necessary to display the map.

5. Cookies and browser storage

Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not run web analytics. We only store your language choice in the browser (strictly necessary for the site to function), for which consent is not required.

6. How long we keep data

We keep booking data for as long as necessary to handle your request and carry out the booking, and for any period required by tax or accounting regulations. When the data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

◆the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
